At Benchmark we have several architectural services, but we will specifically recommend an architect who best suits your personality, budget, and time constraints. You may also want to choose to work with your own architect; however, you will be assuming more responsibility. We want to be involved in plan design and can be there to help navigate this with you. Whichever path you decide with an architect it’s important to engage a builder first since the lot dictates the buildable footprint. We specialize in building to a customer’s budget, desires, and designing an efficient home plan, focusing on the details; with keeping your budget at the top of mind.
Land development is another area of expertise and important step in the Custom and Luxury Home Building Process. We have years of experience in evaluating sites to determine upfront costs you might encounter while developing your property to build a custom home. We specialize in utility service installment/connection, testing soil, clearing, and grading. We have years of experience navigating and adhering to code compliance, zoning restrictions and as well as HOA/subdivision restrictions and indentures. We will also assist in navigating and working with the engineer for creating a site plan/design.
